Our team focuses on information flow starting with print in black and white as well as full color and the transfer of information via scanning into digital format. Scanned documents may be opened at the workstation, e-mailed or placed in a filling system. These tasks are accomplished easily from the workstation by users with easy to follow guidelines.

We specialize in the area of document security. Sharp Electronics has earned the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) Common Criteria Certificate. This two-year effort assures users of sharp digital printers that no information is left in the systems memory or hard drives. Currently Sharp Electronics is the only manufacturer with this federal certification at EAL Level 4 on all functions of the machine.
